No. Estero Island is Fort Myers Beach, out on the barrier island. The Village of Estero is a separate community inland. We serve both, because we serve all of Lee County.
How do I describe a house on pilings for a quote?
Tell us how many floors the windows and walls run, where the stairs are, what sits under the house, and whether you want glass, walls or both. The owner uses that to build your quote, and you see the scope before any work begins.
Can I ask for the windows and the outside walls together?
Yes. Name both in one request, and the owner talks you through the job when they follow up. You can also ask for only the windows or only the walls.
What if you miss a window or a wall?
Show us the window, track or wall we skipped from the job we agreed. We correct it.

New glass still collects sand and salt, and the tracks hold dust from the build. The window job covers glass, screens, tracks and sills either way. If your windows have a coating or special finish, put the brand in your note so the owner can talk it through before the scope is set.
