02. Hear the plan, and any price change, first
The owner walks you through what the job covers. If anything would change the price, you hear it before we go on.

Maybe. We serve all of Lee County, and some Lee County addresses use a Naples mailing name. Send your street and ZIP with your request, and we confirm whether the house sits inside the county.
Do I have to book windows and house washing together?
No. Ask for the windows, the walls or both, whichever bothers you most. We talk through the job with you when we follow up.
The afternoon storms return every day. Is there a good time to clean?
Rain arrives most afternoons from mid-May to mid-October, and fresh glass can spot again after a storm. Timing depends on the job and the weather, so we talk it through with you when we follow up.
I looked for a price and found none. Why?
The price depends on how many windows you have, how the walls look and what you want done. We quote once we know your house.
“I like to hear the whole plan before anyone touches the house.”
So do we. Once we have your request, you get the agreed scope first, and nothing starts until you know what it covers.
“My home is inland, so salt is not my problem.”
It may not be. Inland glass collects pollen and storm spatter, and shaded walls turn green. Whatever is on yours, the job starts the same way: you name the windows and walls.
