# How Pure View handles the details you share

What the quote form asks for, what happens when you call, and which details are still being set up.

Our quote form and call option are still being set up, so a few details, such as how long we keep requests, are not final yet. We will update this policy when they are.

## Who we are and what this covers

Pure View Window Washing cleans windows and pressure washes house exteriors across Lee County, Florida. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on this website and when you call.

It is short on purpose. Where a detail is not settled yet, we say so instead of guessing.

## What the quote form asks for

The form asks for the details we need to talk about your home. When you send a quote request, your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, ZIP code, notes and the page you submitted from are sent to Pure View through the FormSteps form service. FormSteps also emails you a confirmation that we received your request.

Please do not put payment card numbers, passwords, gate codes, keys or lockbox details in the form.

- Your notes, if you add any
- The page you submitted the form from

## How we use what you send

We use your request to understand the job, reply to you and prepare a quote. The owner reads requests and follows up.

FormSteps is the form service that carries your submission to us.

## If you call

Our phone number is set up through Audience AI, a call-tracking service. When you call, you hear an announcement before recording starts, and the call is recorded on separate audio channels.

If nobody picks up, you can leave a voicemail. The phone service records it and turns it into a text transcript. The number is not public on this site yet.

## How long we keep your information

We have not set a fixed time for how long we keep quote requests, call recordings or voicemail. We also have not yet written down how we delete them.

When we settle these, we will say so here.

## Website visit tracking

We have not chosen a tool to measure how people use this site. If we add one, we will name it here and describe what it collects before it goes live.

## Questions about your information

If you have a question about your information, use the contact page and mention that it is about privacy. We have not yet set up a separate privacy-request process or a deadline for replies.

## When this policy changes

We will update this policy when the form, the phone service, the tools we use or how long we keep information changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

The service you want, your Lee County city or ZIP code, your name, a phone number or email address, a short description of the windows or walls, and how you would like to be reached.

Yes. When you call the number listed on this site, you hear an announcement before recording starts. If you leave a voicemail, the phone service records it and turns it into a text transcript.

### How long will you keep my request?

We have not set a fixed time for keeping quote requests. When we do, we will say what it is here.

### Should I put gate codes, lockbox details or payment information in the form?

No. Please keep payment card information, passwords, gate codes, keys and lockbox details out of the form. A quote does not need them.
